I practise Clinical Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy-informed talking therapies, and coaching within the scope of professional scope, ethical guidelines, informed consent principles. Therapy is adapted thoughtfully for online and international contexts.

Confidentiality, privacy, and ethical care are prioritised at all times.
