“Helping people navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence and resilience.”
Meet Your Therapist
Hello, I'm Ali, founder of Inner Mind Navigator.
I'm based in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, where I provide integrative therapeutic support both in person and online.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, loneliness, addictive behaviours, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, fears and phobias, or significant life transitions. Others may feel stuck in recurring patterns, overwhelmed by life's demands, or simply want a greater understanding of themselves and how they relate to the world around them.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.
Why an integrative approach?
Integrative therapy allows different evidence-informed methods to be combined thoughtfully and ethically, tailoring therapy to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a single model. The choice of therapeutic approach is guided by your goals, circumstances, and the clinical formulation developed together during therapy.
Working Together
Seeking support can feel like a significant step, and finding the right therapist is important.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for meaningful change. For that reason, I place great importance on creating a space where you feel respected, understood and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
You can expect a compassionate, collaborative and professional approach that respects your individual circumstances, values and goals.
If you would like to learn more, explore whether therapy may be helpful, or discuss whether we may be a good fit to work together, you are welcome to Book Your Discovery Call 📞 or get in touch, you are welcome to use the Contact Form below this page.
Whatever has brought you here, You are welcome to begin where you are.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing what is wrong”.
More often, it is about creating the space to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges.
My approach is collaborative, practical and tailored to your individual circumstances. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions and behaviours that may be contributing to difficulties, while building on the strengths and resources you already possess.
I aim to provide a supportive, respectful and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly, feel heard, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
No two people are the same, which is why therapy is adapted to your goals, needs and circumstances rather than following a rigid formula.
My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, confidence and resilience so that you can move forward with greater clarity and choice.
I integrate Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, thoughtfully tailored to support your individual needs and goals.

I believe that meaningful therapeutic work happens within a relationship built on trust, respect and open communication.
I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than something that is done to you or for you. Your experiences, goals, preferences and autonomy remain central throughout our work together.
Questions, feedback and curiosity are always welcome. My role is to provide a supportive and professional space where we can explore challenges together, develop insight, and identify practical ways forward that feel meaningful and relevant to your life.
Whatever your reasons for seeking support, therapy is tailored to your individual needs, circumstances and aspirations.

My practice is guided by professional, ethical, and evidence-informed standards. I hold professional indemnity insurance, maintain an Enhanced DBS check, engage in regular clinical supervision, and undertake ongoing professional development to support safe and effective practice.

Alongside my broader therapeutic work, I also provide specialist support for people experiencing fear of flying and aviation-related anxiety.
In addition to my therapeutic training, I am also a pilot. This combination enables me to support clients from both a psychological and aviation perspective.
Many people who experience fear of flying understand logically that air travel is safe, yet continue to feel intense anxiety before or during a flight. This can be frustrating, confusing and limiting.
My approach focuses on helping clients better understand their fear response, develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, build confidence, and gain a realistic understanding of aviation and air travel.
Whether you are preparing for an upcoming flight or have avoided flying for years, support can be tailored to your individual needs and goals.
