Supporting Your Journey
Toward Meaningful, Sustainable Change
Integrative, Evidence-Informed Therapy for Resilience, Clarity & Personal Growth
“My work is grounded in a structured, ethical, and compassionate approach supporting people through complex internal experiences at a pace that feels right for them”
Hello, I’m Ali Salvador, founder of Inner Mind Navigator, an integrative therapeutic practice supporting individuals who want to gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change.
I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, confidence challenges, and fear of flying. My approach combines Strategic Psychotherapy & Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT), cognitive-behavioural approaches, and mind-body regulation techniques to support emotional regulation. The integration creates sustainable progress that brings together insight and practicable tools supporting emotional wellbeing, clarity, and growth moving forward.
A Special Interest: Therapy for Fear of Flying
I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing fear of flying and aviation-related anxiety.
Drawing on my background as a pilot alongside my clinical training in Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical hypnotherapy, I provide structured, psychologically informed support to help regulate fear responses and build confidence in air travel.
This work integrates:
Cognitive and behavioural anxiety strategies
Clinical hypnotherapy for emotional regulation
Practical exposure preparation
Nervous system regulation techniques
Support is tailored, ethical, and collaborative- designed to help you feel more in control of both your internal responses and your travel experience.
My Therapeutic Approach
Therapy is not about “fixing what is wrong”. It is about understanding your patterns, strengthening your emotional regulation, and developing skills that allow you to respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.
My work is:
Integrative and evidence-informed
Structured and goal-oriented
Client-centred and collaborative
Focused on measurable, sustainable progress
Rather than working from a single modality, I adapt therapy to the individual. Sessions may draw from:
Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT)
NLP Strategic Coaching framework
Mind-body and breathing regulation
By working across cognition, emotion, physiology, and behaviour, therapy becomes practical and results-focused, supporting change that extends beyond the therapy room.
The Role of Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical hypnotherapy, when used within appropriate professional training and ethical guidelines, can be a powerful adjunct to psychotherapy. It supports a calm, focused state of awareness that enhances emotional regulation and helps consolidate therapeutic insight. You remain aware and in control throughout the process.
Hypnotherapy is introduced only where appropriate and always with full informed consent. It is integrated thoughtfully to reinforce collaborative therapeutic work.
A Structured and Purposeful Process
Therapy at Inner Mind Navigator is typically delivered within a focused framework of
approximately 6-10 sessions, depending on your goals.
If additional sessions are beneficial, these can be arranged.
The process includes:
Initial Consultation
A confidential discussion to clarify what brings you to therapy and determine whether working together feels aligned.
Assessment & Pattern Mapping
Exploring emotional responses, thought patterns, behavioural habits, and physiological reactions contributing to distress, or limitation.
Targeted Integrative Work
Structured sessions focused on developing emotional regulation skills, reframing unhelpful patterns, strengthening resilience, and implementing practical strategies toward meaningful change.
Collaborative Review
Progress is reviewed regularly to ensure therapy remains aligned with your goals.
Additional sessions are discussed transparently and guided by your preferences.
The aim is focused, ethical, and outcome-oriented therapy without unnecessary prolonging of treatment.
A Professional, Safe, and Respectful Space
Finding the right therapist is deeply personal. Research consistently shows that a strong therapeutic alliance- built on trust, collaboration, and psychological safety- is one of the strongest predictor of positive outcomes.
Clients often describe my approach as:
Warm and grounded
Calm and structured
Practical and Solution-focused
Respectful, collaborative and empowering
You do not need to present yourself in a particular way. Therapy begins wherever you are.
Professional Background
My professional training spans both the United Kingdom and Australia. I completed Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypo-CBT) in the UK, and majority of my qualifications in Clinical hypnosis & Strategic Psychotherapy, NLP Master Practice and Diploma NLP Strategic Coaching in Australia.
I work primarily online with clients internationally, offering secure, confidential sessions. In-person appointments are available in the UK and periodically in Australia.
Online and In-Person Therapy
Inner Mind Navigator provides:
Online Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy
Therapy for stress related challenges
Integrative fear of flying therapy
Integrative goal-focused sessions
Online therapy offers flexibility while maintaining clinical depth and confidentiality-
allowing you to access support from the privacy of your own space.
Taking the First Step
Seeking therapy requires courage. Reaching out- even while uncertain is often the beginning of meaningful change.
You can begin in one of two ways:
Complimentary 30-Minute Clarity Call
A confidential conversation to explore your needs and determine whether my approach feels like the right fit.
60-Minute Initial Therapy Session
A full structured session to begin therapeutic work. Session details and fees are discussed in advance to ensure clarity and informed choice.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
A willingness to explore is enough.
I would be honoured to support you in developing greater resilience, confidence, and emotional steadiness-
at your pace, in a way that feels right for you.
“It takes courage to seek help, and strength to grow.
Every step toward understanding yourself is a step
toward a more empowered future.”
