Hi, I’m Ali, my full name is Caryl Salvador. Ali is what most clients and colleagues call me. My therapy practice is designed to support you in creating meaningful lasting change. I help clients explore what’s holding them back, understanding their patterns, and build practical skills that lead to resilience, confidence, and genuine progress. Using a combination of Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy, NLP, Strategic Coaching, Breathing techniques, and mind-body cohesion exercises. I provide an integrated approach that supports growth on multiple levels; mind, emotions, and behaviour.
