Hello, I’m Ali Salvador, founder of Inner Mind Navigator, an integrative therapeutic practice supporting individuals who want to gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change.

I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, confidence challenges, and fear of flying. My approach combines Strategic Psychotherapy & Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT), cognitive-behavioural approaches, NLP strategies, and mind-body regulation techniques to support emotional regulation and practical progress that brings together insight and practical tools supporting emotional wellbeing, clarity, and growth moving forward.

A Special Interest: Therapy for Fear of Flying

I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing fear of flying and aviation-related anxiety.

Drawing on my background as a pilot alongside my clinical training in Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical hypnotherapy, I provide structured, psychologically informed support to help regulate fear responses and build confidence in air travel.

The Role of Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy, when used within appropriate professional training and ethical guidelines, can be a powerful adjunct to psychotherapy. It supports a calm, focused state of awareness that enhances emotional regulation and helps consolidate therapeutic insight. You remain aware and in control throughout the process.

Hypnotherapy is introduced only where appropriate and always with full informed consent. It is integrated thoughtfully to reinforce collaborative therapeutic work.

Progress is reviewed regularly to ensure therapy remains aligned with your goals. Additional sessions are discussed transparently and guided by your preferences.

Professional Background

My professional training spans both the United Kingdom and Australia. I completed Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypo-CBT) training in the UK, and majority of my qualifications in Clinical hypnosis & Strategic Psychotherapy, NLP Master Practice and Strategic Coaching in Australia.

I work primarily online with clients internationally, offering secure, confidential sessions. In-person appointments are available in the UK and periodically in Australia.

Alongside formal training, I bring lived experience of life’s pressures, uncertainty, and change. This allows me to meet clients not only with clinical expertise- but with realism, grounded understanding and empathy.
