All sessions are offered within the scope of professional training, ethical standards, and informed consent.
What the Clarity Call is For
This complementary 30-minute conversation gives us space to:
Explore what’s bringing you here at this point in your life
Talk through what you’re hoping for from therapy
Answer any questions you may have about my approach
Consider whether my way of working feels like a good fit for you
This is not a therapy session, and there is no expectation to continue beyond this call.
How I Work With Clients
Therapy at Inner Mind Navigator is intentionally structured and time-limited.
Rather than open-ended therapy, I typically work within a focused framework of 4-6 sessions, designed to support insight, skill development, and greater independence.
The aim is not long-term dependency, but to help you build understanding and practical tools so you can navigate your life with greater clarity and confidence beyond therapy
Whether additional sessions are helpful is always discussed collaboratively and reviewed openly.
Fees and Practicalities
Fees, session frequency, and structure are discussed openly during the Clarity Call, so you can make an informed decision before committing to any ongoing work.
There are no packages, pressure, or automatic continuation.
If you decide to work together, therapy moves at your pace and remains grounded in collaboration, consent, and clear purpose.
If not, the conversation itself may still offer clarity, direction, or reassurance.
