Appointments may be booked through the website, Cliniko online booking, or by direct enquiry.
Session fees are displayed prior to booking and payment is required as outlined during the booking process.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is appreciated where possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged at the full session fee.
Genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are always considered with care and discretion.
Therapy is provided within the scope of professional training, ethical practice, informed consent and professional boundaries.
