Emergency Support
-
Inner Mind Navigator provides integrative therapeutic support using an evidence-informed and wellbeing-focused approach.
Services may incorporate Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT), Strategic Coaching, NLP-informed approaches, breathing techniques and mind-body wellbeing strategies.
These services are not a crisis or emergency service and are not a substitute for urgent medical, psychiatric or emergency mental health care.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or feel at risk of harm to yourself or others, please seek immediate assistance through emergency services or an appropriate crisis support organisation.
If you are currently working with me and are unsure where to seek appropriate non-emergency support, this can be discussed during therapy where clinically appropriate.
-
Integrative therapy, hypnotherapy and wellbeing-focused interventions are designed to support emotional wellbeing, personal development, self-awareness and resilience.
They are not intended to provide crisis intervention, emergency mental health support or treatment for acute psychiatric emergencies.
If you feel unsafe at any time, please contact emergency services or a crisis support service immediately.
