This complimentary call is an opportunity for us to briefly discuss what brings you here, explore what support you may be looking for, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit for your needs.

There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions, and you don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply know that something needs to change, you're welcome to start with a conversation.

If you already feel ready to take the next step, you are welcome to book a 60-minute initial therapy session .

The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you here, discuss your goals, and gain a better understanding of your current circumstances to develop a tailored approach. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand—many people begin therapy simply knowing that something isn't working and wanting support to move forward.

No two people experience life's challenges in exactly the same way. Therapy is tailored to your individual circumstances, goals and needs. Together, we create a supportive, confidential space where you can explore what matters most to you, at a pace that feels right for you.
